Casino without ID in Spain: which paper each casino asks for, at which moment and in which clause
Casino without ID in Spain · rules read on 18 and 19.09.2026
Almost no crypto casino asks for an ID to open the account. Almost all of them keep the right to ask before they pay you. The difference between a good casino without ID and a bad surprise lies in when they ask and whether they say so in writing. We read the rules of 13 casinos and put them on a turn board.
18+ · ×35 wagering · crypto casino · full conditions on the casino's own site
Tapping the board opens the casino at turn A-01, not the casino on the line you touch; the full list with every score is further down. Not one casino on the list names the Spanish DNI or the NIE: their rules say «identity document». All of them keep the right to ask for it before paying; what differs is when, and that is what orders the board.
When someone in Spain looks for a casino without ID, they usually want one of two things. Either they would rather not leave their document with a site they do not know, or they hold no Spanish DNI because they live here on a NIE, a TIE or a passport. The lists that come up first in Google answer both with the same thing: ten logos, an enormous bonus and the phrase «no verification». None of them says which paper each casino asks for, at which moment, or where it is written down.
We did it the other way round. We looked each casino up in its licence register and read its rules on verification: when papers are demanded, which ones are named, and whether Spain sits on the list of countries they refuse. Every casino gets a turn on the board. What we could confirm carries a ✓. What is not stated in what we read carries a dash, and we say why.
At almost every crypto casino the sign-up form asks for an email and a password. The paper is not demanded on the way in: it is demanded on the way out.
Casino without ID: what it actually means
The phrase «casino without ID» blurs two separate moments, and nearly all of the confusion starts there.
Sign-up. The moment you open the account. At a Spanish-licensed casino your DNI or NIE is demanded in the first minute. At a crypto casino licensed in Curaçao or Anjouan, an email and a password usually do. In that sense, yes: almost every casino on our list is a casino without ID.
Withdrawal. The moment the money leaves. Here everything changes. Every casino on the list reserves, in its terms, the right to ask for papers before paying. Some say exactly when: at the first withdrawal, above an amount, or before play with a particular coin. Others say only «whenever we consider it necessary».
So the useful question is not «does this casino ask for an ID?». The answer to that is almost always «it may». The useful question is «when does it ask, and does it say so in writing?». A casino that warns you it will want a document, a selfie and a proof of address at the first withdrawal lets you get ready. One that says nothing can ask with €5,000 sitting in the balance, and that is a far worse place to negotiate from.
That is why our board is not ordered by bonus size or by how many games there are. It is ordered by how much you know in advance about the papers.
The board: 13 casinos and the papers they ask for
These are the 13 casinos we checked, plus Vave, which stands outside the score. Every turn shows when papers are demanded under its own rules, which papers the rules name, and the score out of 5. Every button on the board opens the same casino, the one at turn A-01; the rest you can look up yourself, with their licence details in front of you.

The only one with all five checks in view, even if one of them is half. Its rules ask for an identity document, a selfie and a proof of address when the first withdrawal is claimed. The KYC policy adds that a payment provider may require verification before a first deposit of less than $2,000. Spain is not among the 13 excluded countries. One catch: the question section on its front page says ordinary withdrawals are paid without papers, and that contradicts the terms. The terms are what counts.
You sign up with an email and nothing else. Clause 4.3 lets it ask for proof of age or identity documents at any moment and freeze the account until they arrive. No figure and no fixed moment: expect the request at the first sizeable withdrawal. The country list we could read was incomplete.

If you play with bitcoin, clause 18.1 demands a valid identity document before play: deposits and bets are blocked until the verification is done. That is the opposite of a casino without ID, but at least it is said plainly. Spain is not among the 47 excluded countries. The Anjouan licence expires on 29.09.2026: check the register before you deposit.
An active Curaçao licence and one figure in writing: extra verification on withdrawals above €2,500 (clause 6.6). It also keeps the right to verify at any moment, the first deposit included. The rules name no papers, and the full country list sits on a page we could not read.
An active Curaçao licence (OGL/2024/1494/0942) and rules we read live. That is exactly why the gaps show: not when papers are demanded, not which ones, not a country list.
A Curaçao licence active since 23.05.2025. Its policy speaks of identity documents, a passport, a bank statement or a utility bill, but we found it only in an old copy, not live: it earns no points until we read it on the site itself.
A Curaçao licence active in the name of MBet Solutions N.V. The site shuts out data-centre traffic; with no terms read live we take no rule about papers as given.
A Curaçao licence active since 04.06.2025. The site says it verifies every account and every transfer, without saying when or with which paper. We could not read the terms live.
Here we opened a real account and walked through the sign-up and the cashier. The Curaçao licence is active; the terms could not be downloaded live, so the four checks about papers stay unconfirmed.

An Anjouan licence valid until 27.10.2026, under 90 days away. The terms say only that players from the Netherlands are not accepted: not one clause about verification.
Every Go to the casino site button opens the same casino — the one at turn A-01 — and none of them opens the casino named on its own card. The turn number, the paper chips and the score are what each card is for.
Every turn shows when papers are demanded, which ones the rules name, and the five checks we made on 18 and 19 September 2026: ✓ confirmed, ½ halfway, — not stated in what we could read. Vave goes first and carries no score.
Three things jump out. First: no casino reaches 5. Second: not one of them names the DNI or the NIE; they all say «identity document» and stop there. Third: most of them hold a single point, the licence, because we could not read their terms live or because their terms say nothing about papers. That does not mean those casinos demand more paperwork. It means you will not know until it is your turn.
How to read a turn: the five checks
Every casino plays for five points. All five can be checked by anyone: a licence register and the casino's own terms are enough. We use no forum opinions and no third-party reviews.
Licence valid in the register. We look the domain up at cert.cga.cw (Curaçao) or in the Anjouan public register. A valid licence takes a point. One expiring within 90 days takes half: you can deposit today at a casino whose licence will not exist next month.
The rules say when papers are demanded. A point for a concrete moment (the first withdrawal, an amount, before playing with a coin). Half a point for «at any time» or «at our discretion»: it is written down, but it tells you nothing.
The rules say which papers. A point for naming specific papers (identity, selfie, proof of address). Half for a general «identification documents».
Sign-up without sending documents. A point if an email is all it takes and verification is left to the withdrawal. Half if they keep the right to ask at the first deposit. Nothing if a document is demanded before play.
Spain absent from the excluded-country list. This only counts if we could read the whole list and Spain was not on it. A truncated or unread list scores nothing.
Only what we read live on the casino's own site counts. Some rules we found only in old copies of their pages; those score nothing until we read them on the site again. The full method is in how we score.

A valid licence, when papers are demanded, which papers the rules name, sign-up without documents, and Spain absent from the excluded-country list. One point per check; half if the rule is vague or the licence expires within 90 days.
The top four, one by one
Rakebit: 4.5 out of 5
Rakebit is the only casino on the list that states in writing which papers it wants and at which moment. Its terms of use ask for an identity document, a good-quality photo or selfie, and a proof of address — a bill, for example — when the first withdrawal is claimed. You sign up without sending anything.
The missing half point comes from its KYC policy: if a payment provider requires it, verification can be demanded before a first deposit of less than $2,000. It is not the usual course, but it is written down, and that is why it does not take the whole point for «sign-up without documents».
One detail is worth knowing. The question section on its front page says ordinary withdrawals are processed without papers. That contradicts its terms. When the front page and the terms disagree, the terms win, and the prudent move is to have all three papers ready before the first withdrawal.
The licence is Anjouan, number ALSI-202602030-FI2, held by Nile King Media Ltd, valid until 17.02.2027. Spain is not among the 13 countries its terms exclude.
The Anjouan register prints an expiry date. Rakebit: Nile King Media Ltd, ALSI-202602030-FI2, valid until 17.02.2027.
Bitsler: 3 out of 5
Bitsler is the clearest case of sign-up without an ID: an email is all the form takes. Its clause 4.3 allows it to demand proof of age or identification documents at any moment, to check what was entered at sign-up, and to freeze the account until they arrive.
That is why it takes half a point on «when» and half on «which»: the rule exists, but it names neither a moment nor a paper. In practice, expect the request at the first sizeable withdrawal. The Curaçao licence has been active since 22.07.2024 in the name of Oyine N.V. The country list we could read was truncated, so the Spain point stays unconfirmed.
Wild Fortune: 3 out of 5
Wild Fortune is the opposite of a casino without ID if you play with bitcoin. Its clause 18.1 requires bitcoin players to hold a valid identity document before play: deposits and bets are blocked until verification is done, and withdrawals stay pending until it finishes. We say it plainly because it is exactly what you came here to avoid.
So why three points? Because it says so in writing, with a clause number, and that is worth more than silence. Spain is also absent from the 47 excluded countries on its list, which we could read in full. It loses half a point on the licence: the Anjouan one expires on 29.09.2026. Check the register before depositing; if it has not been renewed, do not.
Bitcasino.io: 2.5 out of 5
Bitcasino.io is the only one on the list that puts a figure down: its clause 6.6 provides for extra verification on withdrawals above €2,500 or the equivalent in crypto. That is useful: below the line, you at least know the written rule does not bind you. But the same section lets it verify at any moment, the first deposit included, and that is why sign-up only earns half a point.
Its terms name no specific paper, and the full country list sits on a page we could not read. The Curaçao licence, OGL/2023/111/0069 in the name of Moon Technologies B.V., is active.
DNI, TIE or passport: what counts for the casino is a photo document, valid and readable. A NIE number on its own is not enough.
The nine casinos on a point or less: what is missing
Nine casinos hold only the licence point, or half of it. This is not a judgement on whether they pay. It is what can be said with papers in hand.
BetFury holds an active Curaçao licence and we read its terms live. That is precisely why the gaps show: not a word on when papers are demanded, which ones, or which countries it refuses.
Cloudbet has a policy naming an identity document, a passport, a bank statement or a bill, but we found it only in an old copy of its site. Until we read it live, it scores nothing.
Thunderpick says on its site that it verifies every account and every transfer, without saying when or with which paper.
Duelbits, Sportsbet.io and Jackbit block or fail to serve their terms to our server. Licence confirmed, rules unread.
TrustDice is the second casino where we opened a real account: sign-up and cashier. Its terms could not be downloaded live, so the rules on papers stay unconfirmed.
CoinCasino and Coins.Game hold Anjouan licences expiring within 90 days (14.11.2026 and 27.10.2026), hence the half point.
A bonus of «up to 590%» on the front page says nothing about when your ID will be demanded. BetFury's licence is active; its terms name neither the moment nor the papers.
If one of these casinos interests you, the missing work takes ten minutes: open the terms, search for «KYC», «verification» or «documents», and write down what they say. We explain how in what papers they ask for.

Rules not read live, or not one clause about verification
Only terms read live count here. Not one casino on the list names the Spanish DNI or the NIE: they all say «identity document» and no more.
Look at the papers column. Where anything appears, it is always the same three: an identity document, a selfie and a proof of address. Nobody writes «DNI» or «NIE»: the rules are in English and speak of an «ID document» or «identification». That carries an advantage for anyone without a Spanish DNI — a passport, a TIE or another country's national card does the same job.
Look at the «when» column too. The moments fall into four kinds, and they are worth recognising before you deposit:
First withdrawal. Rakebit. You know when it will come and can decide whether to go on.
Above an amount. Bitcasino.io, €2,500. Useful if you play with small sums.
Before playing with a coin. Wild Fortune with bitcoin. Not a casino without ID in that case.
At its discretion. Bitsler and most of the rest. They can ask whenever they choose.
Sign-up without an ID: what the form takes
At the crypto casinos on our list, the sign-up form asks for much the same everywhere: an email address, a password and, sometimes, a username and the coin you want to play in. Some add a date of birth or a box confirming you are over 18. Very few ask for a phone number at the counter.
That is what makes a crypto casino a casino without ID in practice: you can get in, look at the cashier, see which coins and networks it takes, read the terms at your own pace and then decide. None of that commits you to anything.
Three things are worth doing at that moment, before any deposit:
Fill the profile in with your real details. If papers are demanded later, the name and date of birth on the profile have to match the document. An invented name at sign-up is the fastest way to have a withdrawal held.
Find the verification clause. In the terms, under account or withdrawals. Write the clause number down.
Find the country list. If Spain is on it, there is nothing more to discuss.
At Vave you sign up with an email and a password, uploading nothing. If a verification comes, it comes later, at the cashier, under clause 8.7 of its terms.
The withdrawal is the moment of truth. At Vave we collected two withdrawals, on 28 August and 2 September 2026, without being asked for a single paper. But its clause 8.7 lets it demand them before any payout, with 14 days to send them. That nobody asked us does not mean nobody will ask you.
These are the things that usually set a verification off at the withdrawal, going by the rules we read:
The first withdrawal. Rakebit says so outright.
A large amount. Bitcasino.io, above €2,500. Casinos outside our list set similar thresholds, between 2,000 and 2,500 in euros, dollars or USDT.
A change of method or address. Withdrawing to an address other than the one you deposited from is a signal almost every casino looks at.
A big win. Vave can pay winnings from 50,000 USDT in instalments over 30 days (clause 8.8), and an amount like that almost always passes through review.
A bonus. Withdrawing with a live bonus, or one just released, is another classic checkpoint.
Clause 8.7 allows papers to be demanded before any payout, with 14 days to send them; 8.8 pays winnings from 50,000 USDT in instalments over 30 days; 8.11 requires the deposit to be turned over three times before it can leave.
The practical conclusion is simple: if you are going to deposit at a casino without ID, do it expecting that a document may be demanded when you withdraw. If that feels unacceptable, the deposit is the step to skip, not the verification. The full guide is in withdrawing without an ID.
A small withdrawal first. If it lands with no papers, you know something about the casino; if papers are demanded, you learn it before much is at stake.
Foreign residents in Spain: NIE, TIE and passport
A large share of the people searching for a casino without ID in Spain are hiding nothing. They live in Spain without a Spanish DNI: European residents with their green certificate, workers on a TIE, students on a passport. For them, «without ID» means «what do I upload?».
The short answer: a photo document. Every verification process we have seen wants a photograph of an identity document and compares it with a selfie. Which document works depends on what you hold.
What you hold
Who it is for
Photo on it?
What to upload

✓

✓

✓
The foreigner identity card, with a photo. Upload both sides; if the form does not recognise it, use the passport.

EU, EEA or Switzerland
—
It proves residence and carries the NIE, but it is not a photo document. Send it alongside a passport or your own country’s identity card.
National EU identity card
EU, EEA or Switzerland
✓
Your country’s identity card works as the photo document; the green certificate goes with it as proof of residence.
The NIE number alone
Anyone
—
The NIE is a number, not a document. Type it if the form asks, but it will not verify the account.
Verification forms almost always want a photo document. A NIE number and an EU registration certificate carry no photo, so neither is enough on its own.
Two frequent mix-ups:
A NIE is a number, not a document. The administration describes it as a personal, unique and exclusive number assigned to foreign nationals with ties to Spain. You can type it into a form, but you cannot «upload your NIE» as though it were a card.
The EU registration certificate carries no photo. It records your name, nationality, address, NIE and date of registration. It proves you live in Spain, but it does not identify you to a system comparing faces. Send it alongside your passport or your own country's national card if proof of residence is requested.
A TIE is a card with a photograph, held by non-EU nationals resident for more than six months. If the casino's form does not offer it as a document type, the passport is the option that works everywhere. The whole picture, including the odder cases, is in foreign residents: NIE, TIE and passport.
Proof of address and selfie
After the identity document, the paper that turns up most in the rules is the proof of address. Rakebit names it with that very example: a utility bill. What usually passes:
an electricity, water, gas, internet or mobile bill;
a bank statement;
a certificate of municipal registration.
Almost always with three conditions: your name on it, the full address on it, and a recent date, normally within the last three months. A cropped screenshot, or a bill in the name of someone else in the household, is usually refused.
The selfie is the other piece. Sometimes it is a photo of your face; sometimes your face with the document beside it; sometimes a short video turning your head. It exists to confirm that whoever uploads the document owns it. Good light, no sunglasses and no filters will save you the second attempt.
We explain how to prepare both, and what to do when your real address does not match the one on your document, in proof of address and selfie.
Crypto and documents: the exchange already knows you
Many people arrive at a casino without ID believing crypto is anonymous. On the usual route it is not. To buy crypto with euros in Spain you use an exchange, and any exchange operating lawfully will have you verify your identity with a DNI, NIE or passport before it lets you buy. Your name is in the payment chain before the casino ever sees you.
The money takes a detour: euros to an exchange, crypto to the casino's address. Same coin and same network the whole way.
That is not a problem; it is a fact. It means the privacy a crypto casino gives you sits somewhere else: you do not hand the casino your banking details, no charge in its name appears on your account, and sign-up is by email. What it does not mean is that you move without a trace, or that the casino will never ask for papers.
What does matter, a great deal, is the technical side:
Same coin, same network. If you deposit USDT over Tron, withdraw over Tron. Sending over a network the cashier does not take can lose the deposit outright.
Minimums per network. An old table from the Vave help centre, dated September 2023, gave minimums of 3 USDT on Solana, 5 on TRC-20 and 19.99 on ERC-20. Check the current minimum in the cashier before sending.
Withdraw to your own address. The one you deposited from, or your own exchange account. Withdrawing to a third party's address is one of the commonest causes of review.
More detail, including what happens to the paperwork when the coins go back to the exchange, is in crypto and documents.
What they do with your ID: sending papers sensibly
We understand anyone who would rather not send their ID to a casino. A copy of your document is valuable data, and not every site treats it the same way. But the alternative to not sending it is not hunting for tricks: it is sending it only when it is due, only to whoever is due, and with precautions.
Before uploading a photo of your ID, look at who is asking and why: verification happens once, on the casino's own site, never over chat or by email.
The minimum:
Check the licence first. A casino whose domain is not in the register has no business holding your ID. We show you how in checking a licence.
Upload the document only from your account, in the verification section of the casino's own site. Never over chat, email, WhatsApp or Telegram, and least of all to someone who writes to you first claiming to be «support».
Mark the copy. A watermark with the casino's name and the date («Copy for verification at X, 19.09.2026») across the photo, without covering the data, makes that copy of little use anywhere else.
Send no more than the clause asks for. If the rules ask for a document and an address, do not throw in your card statement because an agent in the chat suggested it.
Keep the proof. A screenshot of the verification page with the date will serve you if questions arise later.
The rest, including how to ask for your data to be deleted when you close the account, is in what they do with your ID.
Vave: outside the score
Vave is the only casino where we played with our own money. That is why it goes first on the board and carries no score: the formula measures what a casino writes in its rules, and here we hold more than that. What we can give you are facts.
Sign-up: an email and a password, with nothing to upload.
Our withdrawals: two, paid on 28.08 and 02.09.2026, without anyone asking for papers.
The rule: clause 8.7 allows papers to be demanded before any payout, with 14 days to send them. It names no papers.
Large wins: from 50,000 USDT they can be paid in instalments over 30 days (clause 8.8).
The deposit: it has to be turned over three times before it can leave (clause 8.11).
Licence: Curaçao, OGL/2024/1676/0905. The certificate names vavegame.com, not vave.com; worth knowing before you search the register.
The welcome package covers four deposits: 150% on the first, then 100%, 50% and 25%. While a bonus is running, the withdrawal waits for the wagering.
The welcome bonus is 150% on the first deposit, from 20 to 120,000 USDT, with ×35 wagering. The package continues with 100%, 50% and 25% on the next three deposits. While a bonus is running the withdrawal waits for the wagering, so decide whether you want it before you accept it.
The full write-up is in the Vave review, and the way straight in is the button at turn A-01 on the board above.
Check the licence before the ID
Before asking whether a casino will demand your ID, ask whether that casino should be holding it at all. The way to find out is its licence, and it takes two minutes.

Copied from cert.cga.cw (Curaçao) and from the Anjouan public register on 18.09.2026: licence number, company, date of issue and status.
For Curaçao the register is cert.cga.cw: you search by domain or by company, not by licence number. The certificate has to name the same domain you are playing on and read «Active». The Anjouan public register adds an expiry date, and that is where you can see that Wild Fortune, CoinCasino and Coins.Game hold licences running out soon.
The search box at cert.cga.cw takes a domain or a company name, not a licence number. Type the domain exactly as it stands in the address bar, with no https and no www.
A valid certificate carries five facts: the domain, the company (here Halcyon Super Holdings B.V.), the company number, licence OGL/2024/328/0599 and the status Active.
If the domain does not come up, try it without «www» and then with the company name given in the terms. If it still does not appear, treat the casino as unlicensed and send it no papers at all. The step-by-step, with screenshots, is in checking a licence.
The test withdrawal: learning when the ID comes, cheaply
There is a way to find out what a casino does about papers before much money is on the table: ask for a small withdrawal. If it lands with nothing demanded, you have learned something. If papers are demanded, you learn it with €30 at stake rather than €3,000.
A-01Deposit little
The smallest amount the cashier takes, on the cheapest network you hold. Turn the bonus down: a live bonus blocks the withdrawal until the wagering is done.
A-02Play a little
Some casinos require the deposit to be turned over before it can leave (Vave asks for three times in clause 8.11). Look for it in the terms, not in the chat window.
A-03Ask for the withdrawal
To the same address and on the same network you deposited from. Write down the date, the time and the transaction ID.
A-04Watch what happens
If it lands, good. If papers are demanded, find the clause that grants the right and prepare only what it names. If it sits on «pending» with no deadline, that is your answer about the casino.
A small deposit and a small withdrawal tell you when papers will be demanded better than any review, this one included.
Three details make the difference:
No bonus. A live bonus blocks the withdrawal until the wagering is done and hides how the cashier behaves.
Same network, same address. That way the withdrawal does not trip a review that has nothing to do with papers.
Write it all down. Date, time, amount and transaction ID. If papers are demanded later, you will know exactly at which point.
A test withdrawal does not guarantee the next one goes the same way. A big win or a change of method can set a verification off further along. But it tells you how the casino treats an ordinary customer, and that is more than any review says, this one included.
Warning signs: when the odd thing is not the ID
A casino asking for papers before it pays is normal. What is not normal is the manner. These are the signs that should stop you:
Your ID is requested over chat or email instead of in the verification section of the account.
An extra deposit is requested to «unlock» the withdrawal or to «verify the account». No legitimate verification process requires depositing more.
Papers are requested that no clause names, such as photos of both sides of your card with the numbers uncovered, or your wallet keys.
There is no deadline. The withdrawal sits on «pending» for weeks after everything was sent, and nobody says what is missing.
The licence is not in the register, or the certificate names some unrelated domain.
Somebody writes to you first on Telegram or WhatsApp offering «a casino without ID with unlimited withdrawals». That is not a casino: it is an attempt on your money or your document.
If you see one of these after depositing, withdraw what you can and send nothing further until you have a written answer quoting the clause.
Bonuses and papers: the part nobody mentions
Bonuses and verification are more closely tied than they look. Many rules say the casino may review the account before releasing a bonus or paying out what was won with it, and it is common for the first withdrawal after the wagering is met to be the one that triggers the request.
Before accepting a bonus, find the wagering multiple and the maximum bet: those two conditions block more withdrawals than any request for papers.
Our advice is the same at every casino without ID on the list: if what you want is to play quietly and withdraw without friction, start with no bonus. A ×35 wagering requirement on a €100 bonus means €3,500 in bets before you can withdraw, and throughout all of it the casino has reason to look at your account.
What does pay off over time is the loyalty programme. Cashback and rakeback give a share of every session back, not only of the first.
For anyone who plays often, VIP cashback and rakeback are worth more than the welcome bonus: they give something back on every session, not only the first.
Which casino without ID to choose in Spain, by how you play
The score says how much you know in advance. It does not say which casino suits you. Three typical profiles:
You play rarely, for fun. What matters to you is that sign-up is by email and that a small withdrawal trips nothing. A casino without ID with a written threshold, like Bitcasino.io and its €2,500, or one where withdrawals have already gone through without papers, like Vave, fits well. Run the test withdrawal and forget the bonus.
You play often. Sooner or later papers will be demanded, so you want the casino that tells you when and which: Rakebit, with a document, a selfie and an address at the first withdrawal. Verify early, calmly, and every withdrawal after that runs looser.
You have no Spanish DNI. Look for a casino whose rules speak of an «identity document» in general rather than one national card, and keep the passport to hand. A TIE works if the form recognises it; if not, a passport works everywhere.
TrustDice is the second casino where we opened a real account: we walked through the sign-up and the cashier, without reaching a withdrawal.
All three cases share one thing: check the licence, read the verification clause and start small. Those three steps separate a good choice from an expensive one.
Safer play: the limit worth verifying
A casino without ID asks less of you on the way in. That also means nobody asks how much you have lost. The limits are yours to set.
The budget and the clock are set before you play. When the timer runs out, the session is over.
A budget before depositing. An amount you can lose without touching rent, food or debts.
A time limit per session. A timer on your phone works better than willpower.
Limits inside the account. Almost every casino on the list has deposit limits and self-exclusion in the profile. Switch them on the first day, not the day you need them.
Never to win it back. If you are playing to recover what you lost, stop.
If play is costing you more than you want it to, FEJAR brings together associations that help players and their families across Spain, free of charge. More resources, and the tools each casino offers, are in safer play.
Casino without ID in Spain: the board in summary
Sign-up without an ID: available at almost every crypto casino on the list. Email and password.
Withdrawal without an ID: possible, not guaranteed. All of them keep the right to ask for papers before paying.
What counts: that the rules say when and which. Rakebit says everything; Bitcasino.io names a figure; Wild Fortune demands it before play with bitcoin.
If you have no Spanish DNI: a passport or a TIE. A NIE number and the green certificate are not enough on their own.
Before sending anything: licence in the register, clause read, document uploaded only from your own account.
To begin with: Vave, with email sign-up and two withdrawals paid without papers. Clause 8.7 not forgotten.
We review the rules and the registers on this board at least once a month, and whenever an Anjouan licence is close to expiry. The next review of Wild Fortune falls after 29.09.2026.
Questions readers ask
Does a real casino without ID exist?
Sign-up without an ID exists: at almost every crypto casino you open the account with an email and a password. What we have not found is a licensed casino that gives up, in writing, the right to ask for papers before paying. All of them keep that right; what differs is when they use it and whether their rules say so.
Which is the best casino without ID in Spain in 2026?
Under our five checks, Rakebit comes first with 4.5 out of 5: it states in writing that it asks for an identity document, a selfie and a proof of address at the first withdrawal, and Spain is not on its excluded-country list. Bitsler (3), Wild Fortune (3) and Bitcasino.io (2.5) follow. Vave stands apart and carries no score: that is where we played with our own money and collected two withdrawals without sending papers.
What papers do online casinos ask for?
The ones that turn up most often in the rules are a photo identity document (a DNI, a passport or a residence permit), a recent proof of address and a selfie, sometimes holding the document. Some add a proof of the source of funds for large amounts. Not one of the 13 casinos on our list names the Spanish DNI or the NIE specifically.
Can I withdraw without an ID?
Sometimes. We collected two withdrawals at Vave, on 28.08 and 02.09.2026, without being asked for anything. But it is not a right: clause 8.7 of its terms allows papers to be demanded before any payout. Expect a large withdrawal, or a first one, to trigger the check, and have the document ready.
Above what amount is an ID demanded?
Only one of the 13 casinos puts a figure in its rules: Bitcasino.io runs extra verification on withdrawals above €2,500 (clause 6.6). Rakebit ties it to the first withdrawal, Wild Fortune to playing with bitcoin and Bitsler to its own judgement. The rest say nothing in what we could read.
I am a foreign resident in Spain, what do I upload?
A photo document: your TIE if you hold one, or your passport. A NIE number is not a document, and the EU registration certificate carries no photo, so it is not enough on its own: send it alongside your passport or your own country's identity card if proof of residence is requested.
Does a NIE work for verifying a casino account?
A NIE number can fill a field on the form, but it cannot verify anything: verification wants a photograph of a document. What a foreign resident uploads is a TIE, a passport or the national identity card of their own country.
Is it safe to send a photo of your ID to a casino?
Only inside the casino's own site, in the verification section of your account, and only when its rules ask for it. Never over chat, email or Telegram to someone who writes to you first. Check the licence in the register beforehand and, if you want, add a watermark to the copy with the casino's name and the date.
What happens if I do not send the papers?
Normally the withdrawal stays on hold and the account is limited until you do. Vave allows 14 days (clause 8.7). That is why it pays to know before depositing what will be demanded and when: if you do not want to send papers, or cannot, the sensible move is not to deposit.
Do crypto casinos ask for fewer papers?
At sign-up, yes: an email usually does. At withdrawal, the rules look like those of any casino licensed in Curaçao or Anjouan. And the exchange where you bought the coins has already asked for your DNI or NIE, so your identity sits in the payment chain either way.
What counts as a proof of address for a casino?
A recent document carrying your name and your address: an electricity, water, gas, internet or mobile bill, or a bank statement. Almost everyone wants it from the last three months and whole, not cropped. Rakebit names it in its rules alongside the selfie.
Can I use someone else's ID?
No. Accounts are personal and the terms of every casino we have read forbid using another person's details. If it is spotted, the account is closed and the balance held. We also give no advice on dodging a verification: if you do not want to verify, do not deposit.
Where do I ask for help if play gets out of hand?
FEJAR brings together associations that help players and their families across Spain, free of charge. Before it comes to that, set a budget and a time limit per session, and use the limit and self-exclusion tools inside your account.
